Welcome to Direct Wholesale Liquidation. This Shipping Policy outlines how and when we ship your orders. Our goal is to ensure fast, affordable, and secure delivery — whether you’re ordering within the United States or internationally.


1. Order Processing Time

  • Processing Time: All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation (excluding weekends and U.S. public holidays).
  • Order Confirmation: You will receive an order confirmation email, followed by a shipping confirmation with tracking details once your order is dispatched.
  • Delays: High order volumes, carrier delays, public holidays, or customs clearance procedures may impact processing and delivery times.

2. Shipping Destinations

We ship both domestically within the USA and internationally from our warehouse.

Domestic (USA)

  • Estimated delivery: 3–7 business days
  • Carriers: UPS, FedEx, USPS, or freight carriers depending on order size

International

  • Estimated delivery: 7–21 business days depending on destination and customs clearance
  • Carriers: DHL, FedEx International, UPS International, or local delivery partners
  • Customs & Duties: The buyer is responsible for all customs duties, import taxes, and local fees in the destination country.

3. Shipping Methods & Rates

  • Standard Shipping (Small Packages): Calculated at checkout based on destination and weight
  • Freight Shipping (Pallets & Bulk Orders): Rates vary based on pallet size, weight, delivery address, and any extra services (e.g., liftgate, residential delivery)
  • Express Shipping: Available for select orders at an additional cost
  • All shipping costs are displayed at checkout before you complete your purchase.

4. Tracking Information

When your order ships, you will receive an email with:

  • Carrier name
  • Tracking number
  • Estimated delivery timeframe

You can also log into your Direct Wholesale Liquidation account at any time to view order status and tracking updates.


5. International Shipping Notes

  • Duties & Taxes: International customers are responsible for all duties, taxes, and customs charges. These are not included in the product or shipping cost.
  • Customs Delays: Customs inspections may cause delays outside our control. We will assist where possible.
  • Restricted Items: Please check your local import laws before placing an order. We are not responsible for items seized by customs due to import restrictions.

6. Freight Delivery (Large Orders)

For pallet and bulk shipments:

  • Requires a commercial address with forklift or loading dock access
  • Liftgate delivery can be arranged for an additional fee if needed
  • Carriers may contact you to arrange a delivery appointment
  • Missed appointments or inaccessible locations may result in re-delivery charges

7. Delivery Issues

Damaged or Missing Items:

Lost Packages:

  • If your tracking shows “delivered” but you have not received your order, contact us immediately.
  • We will coordinate with the carrier to investigate and resolve the issue.

8. Order Changes & Cancellations

  • Orders cannot be changed or canceled once shipped.
  • If you need to modify your order, contact us immediately after placing it.

9. Incorrect Addresses & Undeliverable Packages

  • Please double-check your shipping address before placing an order.
  • If a package is returned due to an incorrect address or delivery refusal:
    • You may be charged reshipping costs and/or return fees.
    • Re-shipment will only occur after fees are paid.
