Welcome to Direct Wholesale Liquidation. This Shipping Policy outlines everything you need to know about how and when we ship your orders. Our goal is to ensure fast, affordable, and secure delivery — both domestically and internationally.

1. Order Processing Time

  • Processing Time: All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation (excluding weekends and holidays).
  • Order Confirmation: You will receive an order confirmation email followed by a shipping confirmation with tracking details once your item is dispatched.
  • Delays: Please note that high order volumes, public holidays, or customs clearance may impact processing and shipping times.

2. Shipping Destinations

We proudly ship worldwide from our warehouse.

Domestic (USA)

  • Estimated delivery: 3–7 business days
  • Carriers: UPS, FedEx, USPS, or freight providers depending on order size

International

  • Estimated delivery: 7–21 business days, depending on your location and customs clearance
  • Carriers: DHL, FedEx International, UPS International, or local partners
  • Customs: The buyer is responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, or local fees in the destination country.

3. Shipping Methods & Rates

  • Standard Shipping (Small Packages): Cost calculated at checkout based on destination and weight
  • Freight Shipping (Pallets & Bulk Orders): Rates depend on size, weight, delivery address, and any extra services (e.g., liftgate, residential delivery)
  • Express Shipping (Optional): Available at extra cost where applicable

All shipping costs are displayed at checkout before completing your purchase.

4. Tracking Information

Once your order ships, you will receive an email with:

  • Carrier name
  • Tracking number
  • Estimated delivery timeframe

You can also log into your Direct Wholesale Liquidation account at any time to check order status and tracking updates.

5. International Shipping Notes

  • Duties & Taxes: International customers are responsible for all duties, taxes, and customs charges imposed by their country. These fees are not included in the product or shipping cost.
  • Customs Delays: Customs inspections may delay delivery times. This is outside our control, but we’ll assist where possible.
  • Restricted Items: Please check local laws before ordering. We are not liable for items seized by customs due to import restrictions.

6. Freight Delivery (Large Orders)

For pallet and bulk shipments:

  • Requires a commercial address with forklift or loading dock access.
  • If unavailable, liftgate delivery can be arranged for a small additional fee.
  • Carriers may contact you to arrange a delivery appointment.
  • Any missed appointments or inaccessible locations may result in re-delivery charges.

7. Delivery Issues

Damaged or Missing Items:

  • Inspect shipments at the time of delivery.
  • Note visible damages on the Bill of Lading (BOL) and take photos.
  • Report issues within 48 hours of delivery to:

Lost Packages:

  • If your tracking shows “delivered” but you haven’t received it, contact us immediately.
  • We’ll coordinate with the carrier to investigate and resolve the issue.

8. Order Changes & Cancellations

  • Orders cannot be changed or canceled once shipped.
  • If you need to make changes, please contact us immediately after placing your order.

9. Incorrect Addresses & Undeliverable Packages

  • Please ensure your shipping address is accurate.
  • If a package is returned due to an incorrect address or delivery refusal:
    • You may be charged for reshipping costs and/or return fees.
    • Re-shipment will only proceed after fees are paid.
